Video Deposition

All videotape depositions include a VHS and DVD copy that are provided immediately at the conclusion of the deposition. Our full-time staff of videographers are well-trained and professional. If both the videographer
and court reporter are scheduled through ACBA Services, a free synchronized DVD is also available upon request.

 

Synchronized Depositions

Synchronizing combines the deposition’s transcript with the video in a
way that allows one to go to a point in the transcript and have the video advance automatically to the same point and then play. The end result is a fully-integrated, self-executable DVD-ROM that displays the audio/video image with the spoken text. Similar to closed captioning, this synchronized file is completely word indexed and word searchable.
