Construction Arbitration Service of Western Pennsylvania
The Construction Arbitration Service of Western Pennsylvania (“CAS”) is a service offered by ACBA
Services, Inc. in conjunction with the Construction Law Section of the Allegheny County Bar Association.
The CAS is an outgrowth of the former Construction Dispute Resolution Group started in 2002. The Construction Arbitration Service provides efficient, expedient, economical and just resolution of all types
and amounts of construction-related disputes by and through its 60-plus trained arbitrators consisting of experienced construction attorneys, design professionals and contractors.
